Our VIP Flight Attendant Training is what you are looking for. It is designed for those seeking to become a VIP Cabin Crew Member on a Business Jet. Our experienced instructor provides you with the combination of the knowledge of exclusive VIP-Service and needed skills. Starting with a general introduction to the industry, which gives you a good overview about your duties and responsibilities of your future position as a Corporate Flight Attendant. This introduction is followed by familiarization of the catering process, VIP In-Flight Service and Silver Service procedures by theoretically and practical exercises. This course covers all necessary topics and processes - from flight preparation to deboarding -  to prepare participants for their new task above the clouds.


VIP FLIGHT ATTENDANT TRAINING - COURSE CONTENT

DAY 1 - Introduction to Business Aviation

  • Introduction to the Business Aviation industry and corporate aircraft types
  • Private owner and charter flights and VVIPS, HNWI and head of State
  • Corporate and personal etiquette and presenting a professional image
  • Social media etiquette and networking and resources
  • Application as Flight Attendant, interviews and trial flights
  • Duties and Responsibilities (pre-flight, inflight and post flight duties)
  • Standard operational procedures and customs and aircraft paperwork



 DAY 2 - Catering and In-Flight Service (Short-Haul Flights)

  • Effective trip planning and Food Safety 
  • On-Board kitchen organization and service set up
  • Placing a catering order and "Must-Have" On-Board items
  • Receiving, storing and handling of catering 
  • Cabin Set Up - cabin dressing and presentation
  • On-Board Procedures from boarding till deboarding
  • Professional table setting & Silver Service I
  • After Flight responsibilities

 


DAY 3 - Catering and In-Flight Service (Mid- and Long-Haul Flights)

  • Effective trip planning, catering organization and Food Safety
  • Culinary presentation techniques basics  
  • Professional table setting & Silver service II
  • Modern napkin folds, latest cabin trends
  • Wine and and champagne (short introduction)
  • Gourmet foods and brands (short introduction)
  • Wine and food pairing and creative menu writing 
  • In-Flight Service and night flights
  • Homework: In-Flight Service and Catering Exercise



 DAY 4 - Handling of Passengers

  • Discussion of the homework from the previous day
  • Passengers with special needs and Cultural differences
  • Handling of unsatisfied or aggressive passengers
  • VIP etiquette and service protocol
