DAY 1 - LEARNING THEORY & DIDACTICS
- Basics of adult-specific learning and basics of educational psychology
- Learning paradigms, learning biographies and reflection on personal learning processes
- Human Performance and Limitations in regard to fundamentals for Learning
- Communication and Rhetoric - Basics and exercises for public speaking
- Difficult situations in everyday teaching life and the role of facilitator
DAY 2 - METHODOLOGY - TEACHING
- Effective planning and structuring of instructional units and use of instructional aids
- Presentation techniques, formats/methods, multimedia, copyright,
- Moderating structure/moderating exercises and formulating learning objectives
- Learning materials, forms, company manuals, or equivalent documents
- Simple goal verification and evaluation methods and giving and receiving feedback
- Using and Managing teaching activities, interaction and group dynamics positively
