General Aviation First Aid

• Physiological effects of flying / Basic First Aid, patient check
  
•  In-flight Medical Emergencies / Common symptoms
  
•  Stress reactions / Hyperventilation and Hypoxia
  
• Food poisoning, Allergies / Travel Health and Hygiene,
  
• Stroke, Angina Pectoris, Heart Attack
  
• Pregnancy - Birth of a baby on board
  
• On-Board Equipment 

Practical exercises such as

• Addressing a sick, injured and unconscious person
  
• Administering Oxygen, Choking (adult and infant)
  
• Recovery Position and Rautek Manoeuvre
  
• CPR (adult and infant) and use of an AED
  
• Bleeding, wounds and fractures
  
• Contamination of the skin/eyes

MODULE 2 - REAL FIRE FIGHTING, WET DRILL AND SURVIVAL 

• Basic knowledge and prevention
  
• Possible causes and management
  
• Responsibilities and use of equipment
  
• Real Fire Fighting in our fire container
  
• Smoked filled cabin exercise
  

• Basic knowledge and cabin preparation, procedures
  
• Use of flotation devices and life raft in water
  
• Entry into water and donning life jackets
  
• Cold Water Shock, and rescue and assistance in water
  
• Maneuvering in water with ad without a life jacket
  
• Survival in dessert, polar and jungle regions
  

MODUL 3 - SAFETY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE TRAINING

• Security procedures, Location and use of emergency exits
  
• Opening normal&emergency exits for passenger evacuation
  
• Location and use of oxygen dispensing equipment
  
• Decompression Procedures - Slow and rapid decompression
  
• Emergency procedures including pilot incapacitation
  
• Evacuation procedures including crowd control techniques
  
• Surface Contamination awareness
