ONLINE VIP-FLIGHT ATTENDANT COURSE

 DAY 1 - INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS AVIATION 

• Intoduction into the world of Business Aviation, corporate aircraft types, and private owner and charter flights
• Corporate and personal etiquette, cultivating a professional image and nuances of social media networking in the industry
• Insights into the application process as a VIP Flight Attendant, including interviews and trial flights
• Duties and responsibilities - "pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight" duties
  
• Introduction to In-Flight Service and Standard Operating Procedures

 DAY 2 - CATERING AND IN-FLIGHT SERVICE  (Short-Haul Flights)

• Using standard operational procedures, customs, aircraft paperwork
• Efficiently plan planning and  food safety / hygiene
• Galley organization and  identifying "Must-Have" items on-board 
• Private Jet Catering:  Placing catering orders and the process of receiving, storing, and handling catering 
• Cabin setup, including cabin dressing and presentation
• Professional table setting and Silver Service, followed by post-flight responsibilities

DAY 3 - CATERING AND INFLIGHT SERVICE  (Mid- & Long-Haul Flights)

• Trip planning and Private Jet catering organization
• Food Safety and  the basics of culinary presentation techniques
• Professional table setting and Silver Service, along with modern napkin folds and the latest cabin trends
• Insights into wine and champagne service
• Gourmet foods and brands, and explore wine and food pairing, along with creative menu writing
• Duties and responsibilities - night flights (safety, catering and service)

DAY 4 - HANDLING OF PASSENGERS 

• Guidelines for dealing with VIP passengers
  
• Cultural Differences related to on-board service and catering
• Passengers with special needs and special operations
  
• Managing unsatisfied or aggressive passengers
• Valuable application tips and advice 
• Feedback, certification, and conclude the course
