Fly Exclusive is offering Personality Assessments and a Pilot Peer Support Program, which is in accordance with latest EASA Regulations. We are using Everything DISC® Profiling for the Personality Assessment, matching exactly what the regulator is looking for. Therefore executives and persons in managing positions, especially pilots, should be aware about ones Emotional Intelligence Skills to be able to lead the team appropriate.The Everything DISC® Agile EQ teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.
PILOT PEER SUPPORT
Since February 14, 2022, every airline must implement a pilot peer support in order to be compliant. Fly Exclusive is happy to support you in building your own pilot peer support program. For your ongoing support, our Mental Health Professional will be available to supervise the program, to assist your program coordinator and the peer supporters to help and to intervene where necessary. Regardless of how big or small your operations might be, you will be part of a larger group with more possibilities to help. Yes, we strongly believe that you should collaborate in this matter with other operators. You will have a lot more possibilities to solve problems.
